Outlook 2013 won't stop marking add-in as "inactive".

I have a PC that will not stop marking MailStore Outlook Plugin as inactive.

I have configured the GPO:

Configure trusted add-ins Enabled
List of trusted add-ins and hashes    MailStoreOutlookAddin3.AddinModule 1

On the client I have also manually created a registry entry matching the add-in name under "DoNotDisableAddinList".

Neither has any effect. I enable the add-in, then on closing and opening the add-in is marked as inactive/unloaded.

I have confirmed it is not in the "Manage Add-Ins" BULLSHIT where Outlook disables slow or whatever add-ins.

How do I tell Outlooks to never disable an add-in and stop making my life harder for no fucking reason? Who even fucking asked for this bullshit??

Hi,

Please first check the COM Add-ins settings, make sure the Load Behavior is set as Load at Startup. To do this, go to File > Options > Add-ins, click Go... button, and then highlight the MailStore Outlook Plugin:

If the Load Behavior is set to Unloaded, please go to Root\Software\Microsoft\Office\application name\Addins\add-in ID key and change the value of the LoadBehavior key to 3. (Where Root is HKEY_CURRENT_USER or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE)

If the Load Behavior is correct, please try to disable all the other add-ins and restart Outlook to determine if it is caused by conflict with the other add-ins.

In addition, we can also try uninstall the add-in and then reinstall it to see the result.

Please let me know the result.
